Happy Birthday Dance Celebration Party!
Plan a dance birthday party for your next birthday celebration here at Dance Unlimited. We'll provide the facility (no set-up, no mess/fuss, no clean-up on your part), 45 minutes of dance instruction, 30 minutes of tumbling instruction, and 30 minutes of assisting you with whatever birthday celebration you plan/provide (gift-opening, food/beverage [cake/ice cream], etc...). The remaining 15 minutes allows for the birthday guests to use the restroom and wash their hands after their dance/tumbling classes and before any eating/drinking.
When: Sundays (times could vary depending on studio rehearsals scheduled)
Duration: 2 hours
BLACKOUT DATES: Sunday before/after Thanksgiving (11/17 & 11/24), Sunday before/on Christmas (12/22 & 12/29), Sunday of Presidents Weekend (2/16), Easter Sunday/Sunday after Easter Sunday (4/20 & 4/27), Mother's Day (5/11), Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend (5/25), the month of June due to high school graduations, Father's Day, and all recital rehearsal/production dates, Sunday during Studio Early Summer Break (7/6), Sunday before Labor Day.
Minimum: 4 guests (includes the birthday guest); maximum 20 guests
Cost: $125 for up to the first 8 guest; $10 for each additional guest
Deposit: $50 non-refundable due at time of reservation (at least 2 weeks in advance)
Acceptable Payment: Cash, Venmo, or Check only (credit cards are not accepted for birthday parties)
You provide: whatever "friendly theme" decorations you want for your birthday honored guest, any food/beverage items you want along with the paper products needed to serve the food/beverages, and handle the invitations for the event. No confetti, silly string, gum, popcorn, taffy, or other "messy-like" decorations, food, or games are permitted.
Procedure: you arrive 15 minutes prior to the party and we take over from there. You and any adult guests will have an opportunity to take pictures/videos of the dance and tumbling classes inside the dance studio once the birthday child and guests have learned their dances. The studio monitor will be on so you can watch from the lobby during the entire event.
Each guest will receive a Dance Unlimited Birthday Certificate of Participation and a $10 Dance Unlimited Studio Gift Certificate.
