Thinking about joining our non-competitive dance team next year?
Any dancer age 8 and above as of January 1 2025 is age-eligible to audition.
Audition requirement includes our dance team dancers to enroll in and take a ballet and a jazz class at Dance Unlimited throughout the entire dance season prior to auditions.
Our 2025-2026 Dance Team Audition is scheduled for Sunday, June 22 2025.  1pm-3pm for ages 8-12.  3:30pm-6pm for ages 13 and up.  Dancers should arrive 15-minutes early to complete our audition sheet.  Female Dancers must wear a black leotard, black shorts, tan tights, and tan jazz shoes.  Female Dancers must have their hair in a tight low bun with no bangs, curly q's, or other hair adornment.  Male Dancers must wear a plain black t-shirt, black pants, black socks that go to mid-calf, and tan jazz shoes.  Male Dancers must have their hair away from their face and off their neck.  Dancers may wear only one pair of stud earrings - no other jewelry is permitted.  
Our 2024/2025 Dance Team Roster will be announced in August 2025.
​Our JumpStart Dance Team Choreography Sessions are August 19 - 21 2025 and August 26 - 28 2025.
Our start-up Dance Team Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 2 2025 at 7pm.

Dance Team

Founded in 2006 (a year after our studio was founded by our very own Ms. Melissa and Ms. Gail), our non-competitive dance team continues to grow each year.  Our teams perform throughout the dance season in our Middletown-Odessa-Townsend community, throughout Delaware and the tri-state area, and we take a week-long Spring Break performance trip on a cruise to more warmer climates during the odd-years or a land trip to Walt Disney World in Florida during the even-years.  Our dance team performs annually in our hometown Middletown Relay for Life and Middletown Peach Festival events.  We have performed at the Everett Theatre at different production pre-shows and intermissions, as well as, traveled to the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and performed pre-show during their productions.  Some of our more regular performance venues each year include:

Wilmington Blue Rocks Games [fireworks and non-fireworks] (pre-game performances)
University of Delaware Men's and Women's Basketball Games (half-time performance)
Harlem Globetrotters Game (pre-game and half-time performance)
Northern/Central (Middletown) Relay for Life 
Middletown Peach Festival (Everett Theatre performance; when open for performances)
